1. ISTS charge waiver as mentioned in CERC regulations
2. Budgetary support from central government in line with hydro power projects
3. Exemption from Local Area Development Fund
4. Exemption from obligation to supply free power to the state government

Timeline

Construction must commence within two years of project allocation.
