Notes	Minimum 51% of power should be supplied from solar or wind sources. Scheduled commissioning timeline: project size up to 1,000 MW - 24 months; more than 1,000 MW - 30 months. Different project components, along with enegy storage systems installed, may be co-located or located at different locations. Tariff bids will have four components: fixed components for RE and non-RE power and variable components for fuel and transportation cost for non-RE power. Successful bidders need to match L1 rate. Greenko, ReNew, Power Mech and JSW Energy have refused to match the rate.
